Chicken broccoli patties
Chicken breast + steamed broccoli = boring fitness food! So I tried to mix the two of them together with 2 eggs in a food processor. I put the batter in a silicon mold for tartlets to cook in the oven for about 20 minutes, at the maximum temperature of my owen, 250 degrees Celsius (480 degrees Fahrenheit).
I was quite pleased with the result, those patties are less boring than eating broccoli and chicken apart. It may be a good idea to add some spices to make them more interesting. They can also be eaten cold or taken to work in a lunch box.

Peanut butter ice cream

Nutrition facts per serving: 150 kcal, 9.5g of fat, 9.25g of protein, 6.5g of carbs of which 5.7g sugars.

Ingredients:
- 15 cl soy milk
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of agave nectar (to taste, or use your favorite sweetener)
- 4 eggs
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 5 grams of agar-agar

Working myself hard. Drinking lots of water. I feel so much better after working out. I’m now doing the 21,000 ‘the sweat explosion’ workout on Just dance 3. You have to get 3000 points in the day. I do about 1000 in the morning and the rest throughout the day.

It’s a very good workout and it’s fun and easy to do.

One of the Single Most inspirational videos I have watched in awhile. I was in tears watching it. If you don’t know who the shaytards are they are a family that videotapes their day and uploads it to youtube the following day. I’ve been watching them for almost everyday they have made a video. Shay has recently lost a bunch of weight and said he wanted to run a marathon. He did that in this video and did it under four hours. I’m so proud of him even if I don’t know him personally. He was a bigger guy and now look at him he’s doing MARATHONS for crying out loud.

Shay Carl is one of my biggest inspirations for losing weight because he knows how it feels to be big like me and he’s just a funny nice guy. He’s helped me so much in the past few months and he just all around inspires me to help myself. If you haven’t watched the Shaytards you should because they have cute kids and are a amazing family to watch.

Thank you Shay for being a awesome motivator and inspiration.




Stopping drinking pop (soda whatever you call it) and I feel so much better. I feel like I have energy now and I don’t feel sluggish.

I haven’t updated in awhile.

I’ve noticed I haven’t been eating as much. I’m not eating nearly as much as I was. When we go get fast good I would get and eat two sandwiches in one sitting. I got the two sandwiches and and started to feel full after half of one fish sandwich.

It’s still not the best eating habit but it’s starting to change and I’m proud of that. 

I’ve also been working out everyday. I’ve noticed my stomach was starting to look different even though I’ve only been doing this awhile.

My Fridge is broken right now but as soon as it’s fixed Fruit and Veggies are going to into my Fridge and I’m going to cut back on a lot of things. 

I want to change my lifestyle and I’m doing it bit by bit.
